Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Doho dress.

If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with an exchange or return within 14 days of delivery.

Size Exchanges

We offer FREE size exchanges on all full-price dresses.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Free of stains, perfume, or pet hair
• Returned with original tags attached

Once your exchange request is approved, we'll provide a prepaid return label. After your dress is received and inspected, we'll ship your new size at no additional cost.

Returns for Store Credit

If you'd like to return an item for reasons other than sizing, we accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Approved returns will receive store credit equal to the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee.

Store credit:
• Never expires
• May be used on any future purchase
• Will be issued after your return has been received and inspected

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@houseofdoho.com and we'll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Final sale merchandise
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Because our dresses are handcrafted, slight variations in print, color, and pattern placement are part of their unique character and are not considered defects.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please email support@houseofdoho.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

A Note on Handmade Textiles

Each Doho dress is hand block printed by artisans in India. Small variations in color, pattern placement, and printing are a natural part of the handmade process and a reflection of the craftsmanship behind each piece.

Thank you for supporting slow fashion, traditional artisans, and a small business built with care.
